Have you or your child ever wondered how a seed grows? Join us for 4 days of adventure as we learn about the science and study of plants through the lens of PATIENCE. This 4-day camp is an intro not only to the practical skills of tending to, harvesting, and using what we grow, but also to the science and anatomy of the food we eat. Your young gardeners will learn about the food we grow in our gardens, as well as wild edibles, mushrooms, trees, permaculture, composting, and so much more. Campers will have a hands-on opportunity to learn about some key elements of botany (the study of plants). We will explore these topics through exploratory walks, arts and crafts, scientific experiments and nature-oriented workshops *In order to participate in CC summer camps you must have toured at CC and reviewed parent handbook.* $400/student (25% discount for each student after first full price)
